Aastra's next generation innovative IP Telephony solution
Damovo has now added Aastra’s A5000 IP-PBX to its portfolio, this will sit alongside other Aastra products including MX-ONE and BusinessPhone. The A5000 is a native SIP platform; it is also a market leader in terms of reliability and redundancy. Damovo is excited to be able to bring this product to market and to be in a position to offer it to our clients. Information on this new product will be provided to all customers during August 2009.
Phase out of sales (not service) for MX-ONE Messaging 4.1
Aastra has announced the phase out of sales of MX-ONE Messaging 4.1. This affects add-on sales only and not service, Damovo will continue to service MX-ONE Messaging systems. However, the availability of add-on licences for MX-ONE Messaging 4.1 systems is until 7th September 2009. To allow for administration of orders the last date Damovo can accept orders for MX-ONE Messaging 4.1 licences is Friday 21st August 2009.
Phase out on MD110 BC11 Expansion licences
As previously advised, the availability of add-on licences for BC11 systems will change from 1st September. It has been possible, for some time, to order certain expansion licences for BC11 systems - the licences that can be ordered are Analogue, Digital, Cordless Extension and certain external trunks (hardware is supplied from our stock). The possibility to add these licences to BC11 systems will cease from 1st September 2009. It is therefore important to consider any future expansion requirements to BC11 systems in terms of the above licences. Please remember that it has not been possible to add Magazines/LIMs since January 2007.
