Damovo Meet-Me provides you with your own personal virtual meeting room available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, from any touch tone telephone - fixed or mobile - anywhere in the world!
It enables up to 40 participants from any location across the globe to share a phone conference and meet - all you have to do is agree the date and time of the meeting with your invited participants and give them the telephone number and participant pass code. Pass codes are personal to your virtual meeting room and always remain the same. This makes organising and joining very simple, as you only have to distribute the Meet-Me conferencing number and the participant pass code once.
How it works
There’s no need for special equipment. There’s no need to book in advance. At the time of your meeting, simply call the Damovo Meet-Me number, enter your chairperson pass code and follow the instructions. Participants follow the same steps but enter the participant pass code. All you need to do in advance is agree the date and time of your call.
Once your meeting is underway, you use your telephone keypad to control the meeting. Everyone can call for assistance, control their own volume or mute their phone. Plus the chairperson can check who’s dialled in, lock the call for security and even dial out and invite other people to join.
No booking required!
Many conferencing services require you to book each call. However, Damovo Meet-Me has no such requirement. You simply arrange a convenient time with your colleagues and your meeting can start as soon as you want. As the Meet-Me service can be used for a variety of purposes we have enabled you, as the owner of the conference to change parameters or customise your conference space. This can be used to change a conference between a formal or informal meeting and can be changed or left as an ongoing preference.
