With the growing number of directory enquiry services being made available, it's hard to work out which one is best for you. Especially as the charging structures can be complex which can result in higher charges than you might expect.
When you call the Damovo Directory Enquiries service, you can request two number searches. We have a policy of providing the numbers directly to you. That way, you can dial the numbers you need and avoid the higher costs that are often incurred with automatic connection.
When you use the service you will be using a single source for directory enquiries and a known rate. When your PBX is programmed to use this service, you can simply and efficiently track these call charges with predictable results meaning no surprises!
All it will cost you is a fixed charge of 35p including VAT for the national service and a £2.00 fixed charge including VAT for the international service when the call is made from a BT Landline*.

* Please note with these new services, carriers are entitled to charge additional rates to carry other 118 numbers. The charge of 35p including VAT only applies to calls made from a BT landline.
NTL and Telewest do not carry other suppliers’ numbers, 118 334 will not be available at the present time over these carriers.
