Phase-out news for Solidus eCare™ 6.0
Solidus eCare is a server-based customer contact centre solution.
This is notice of the phase-out schedule for Solidus eCare version™ 6.0. The reason for the phase-out of version 6.0 is the release of Solidus eCare™ 7.0 and Open Application Server 7.0. The specific phase-out dates are listed below:
| Stop orders for New Sales & upgrades | 6 months after Solidus 7.0 release | May 2010 |
| Stop orders for Add-ons | 12 months after Solidus 7.0 release | Nov 2010 |
| Stop of Service Support | 24 months after stop orders of new sales of Solidus 6.0 | Nov 2011 |
