Netwise / DNA update
Damovo intend to begin the introduction cycle of Netwise during the first quarter of 2008 and we have received commitment from Ericsson that the functionality required will be included in Service Pack 3. This Service Pack is due for release during quarter two 2008. In the meantime, we have secured agreement from Ericsson to offer DNA5.5 to customers who upgrade until the end of June 2008 - this is to maintain conformity and ease of use for our customers (no retraining is required). Expansions to existing DNA installations will be possible throughout 2008.
We will continue to keep you informed and will be running a campaign during the year to upgrade from DNA5.5 to Netwise Customer Management Group (CMG).
