IBDG Strategy Meeting 2010, London, 13th & 14th September 2010

The next in the programme of Strategy Meetings for IT Directors takes place at The Radisson BLU Portman Hotel, London in September. The event brings together senior level executives from many fields to build relationships, identify new opportunities for working together, exchange knowledge, discuss future development strategies and keep abreast of solutions and technologies.

Modernising Justice Through IT 2010, London, 9th June 2010                                                         

This event took place at the QEII Conference Centre and was the UK’s premier conference for those involved in harnessing technology to create a more efficient, streamlined and joined-up criminal justice system to protect the public and reduce re-offending. IBDG Strategy Meeting 2010, London, 24th & 25th May 2010

Taking place in London the event brought together directors from a range of organisations for a high level networking event to discuss future strategies for ICT and technology.

Ovum / Butler Group Information & Management Collaboration Symposium, London, 13th May 2010

This event took place at One America Square, London and provided a forum for explaining and discussing the impact of the changes in the rapidly changing world of information management and collaboration. Looking at how they can be exploited to deliver greater business value, it included both Ovum analysts as well as an exhibition area and Application Labs designed to showcase the latest capabilities. Damovo was pleased to be sponsoring the event with a role as guest speaker as well as taking part in both the exhibition area and the Application Labs.

Damovo Client Seminars, Manchester - 5th May and London - 12th May

The first of Damovo's seminars for 2010 took place at Old Trafford, Manchester and The Emirates Stadium, London. Hosted at these two auspicious venues the agenda included experts from Gartner, a customer case study as well live technical demonstrations. BAPCO 2010, London, 20th - 22nd April 2010

The conference and exhibition is the main event in BAPCO's calendar and this year was held at the Business Design Centre, Islington. The conference had a packed programme including guest speakers, case studies and Q&A sessions. The exhibition took place on 21st and 22nd April and provides a unique platform for buyers and specifiers from the emergency services and local and national government and related agencies to meet consultants and suppliers of the current and future technologies that shape their operations. BAPCO, Visual Communications - Concept to Conviction, Bristol, 23rd March 2010

Damovo attended the next in BAPCO's regional seminars as an exhibitor. The event's focus examined the increasingly important role that visual communications plays in gathering infomation, responding to incidents and supporting the evidence process as well as the growth of CCTV. It concluded with an overview of the national CCTV strategy and the importance of video evidence. Damovo was delighted to be showing our leading CODES solution (Complete Online Digital Evidence Recording System) designed for use by the police forces and other law enforcement and security agencies.

BAPCO, Mapping the Digital Future, Scotland, 24th February 2010

This BAPCO seminar and exhibition took place at Hamilton Park Racecourse on 24th February 2010. A wide range of topics were covered throughout the day including digital Switchover; TETRA in a Prison Environment; English Ambulance Services Response to an Influenza Pandemic; One Scotland Mapping Agreement and Mobile Data. The Association of University Administrators (AUA) Telecoms Conference and Exhibition, London 12th - 14th January 2010

Now in its 23rd year, the 2010 conference and exhibition took place over three days at the Thistle Barbican Hotel, Old Street London. This year's programme addressed a wide range of exciting sessions on; Green Communications, Telecoms Budget, Flexible Student Telephony and IT and Communication developments in support of FE/HE. Butler Group and Ovum Unified Communications Strategy Forum, London, 2nd December 2009

This event demonstrated the real value afforded by Unified Communications and collaboration solutions and the improvements that can be made to business processes, enhancement of stakeholder interactions, the optimisation of workflow and driving innovation in businesses.
