Terms and Conditions

1. Entry into the Competition is subject to the rules in these terms and conditions. By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The Competition is organised by Damovo UK Limited (‘Damovo’), of Broadlands Business Park, Langhurstwood Road, Horsham, West Sussex, RH12 4QP.
3. Damovo reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated by email and via www.damovo.co.uk.
4. In the event of any dispute regarding the terms and conditions, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the Competition, the decision of Damovo’s Senior Management shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
5. Damovo reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants. To qualify to enter the Competition you must:
1. be at least 18 years old;
2. a resident in the United Kingdom;
3. not be an employee, contractor, agent, officer of Damovo.
6. By entering the Competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.
7. The prize will be delivered direct to an address specified by the winner, provided that the address must be within the UK only.
8. The prize for the competition includes £100 of Marks & Spencer’s vouchers.
9. Damovo assumes that by using its site and entering the Competition (and you warrant that) either you have legal capacity to enter the Competition (i.e. that you are of sufficient age and mental capacity and are entitled to be legally bound in contract).
10. Damovo reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions or is ineligible to enter the competition.
11. In the event that any entrant is disqualified from the Competition, Damovo in its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement should be selected. In this event, any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to these terms and conditions.
12. Multiple entries will be accepted by Damovo but only one prize winner will be selected.
13. The Competition will close on 11th December 2009. Any entries received by Damovo after that date will be disqualified from the Competition. The prize draw will be made by the Damovo UK Managing Director on 14th December 2009 at the Damovo head office.
14. The prize winner will be notified by email on the 14th of December 2009.
15. No purchase is necessary in order to enter the Competition.
16. Damovo does not accept responsibility for any lost or delayed entries. Damovo does not accept responsibility for the return of any Competition entries.
17. The prize offered is as stated above and no cash alternatives will be provided. Damovo reserves the right to, at any time, substitute the prize stated above for a prize of equal or greater value.
18. Damovo cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize. Nothing shall exclude Damovo’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
19. The Competition and the terms and conditions of this agreement will be governed by English law.
