Traded-in handsets MUST be in working order and returned to Damovo’s offices in Horsham for environmental disposal. Orders can be placed via DamovoDirect.UK@Damovo.com. Obtain Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) from Damovo’s stores prior to shipment.  Traded-in handsets must be returned within 30 days.
