Our clients are all unique, so we offer bespoke training programmes, covering everything that is required to maximise the benefits of the solution we’ve supplied. From on-site support on the first day of service, right through to an ongoing telephone-based Helpline, So we’re only ever a phone call away!

Our support includes:

  • An extensive range of end user training and technical workshops to support Aastra, Mitel, Microsoft and Cisco solutions.
  • ‘Train the trainer’ sessions to provide key staff with the ability to pass on their knowledge to all of your employees.
  • A range of straightforward and easy-to-understand User Guides in hard copy or digital format, including guides which are individually written to your own specification if you like.
