Lynsey is responsible for ensuring that the HR strategy helps the company achieve its strategic objectives. Specifically, Lynsey’s role is to support the company and ensure that Damovo continues to be an attractive and competitive employer in the marketplace.
Lynsey joined Damovo from its inception and finds it a very exciting place to work. She has a long track record of success with both Damovo and previously with Ericsson. She has worked her way through the ranks within the HR department and has been managing the function since February 2006.
Lynsey is also a Corporate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
