If you are an existing Damovo Managed Service, Maintenance or Support Client, we offer a 24/7 secure on-line service which enables you to review the resolution progress and history of all Incidents and Service Requests raised with Damovo.
How does it work?
We will create a Client Service Portal user account for you which will enable you to review any of your company’s Incidents and Service Requests and log new tickets directly into Damovo’s ITIL Service Desk application. Tickets are fully searchable by number, location, reporting person, title, description, status and configuration item type and you can view and print additional details such as SLA targets, progress notes and resolution dates.
